ab4444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ab4444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ab4444 is incorporated and operates as an offshore platform. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ab4444's internal dispute resolution process.
